The author developed a program of training to help participants use four witnessing brochures to communicate the gospel with an unchurched person.  The intent was to share one brochure each week and present the gospel gradually.  Through a gradual witnessing approach, the gospel message could be better digested by the unchurched person than with a 'one-shot' witnessing approach. Descriptive and historical methods of research were used to design a video-based outreach ministry and a ten-week training course.  Eleven people participated in the seminar and evangelism program.  The project was evaluated through experimental and descriptive methods of analysis.  A statistically significant difference was not found in the pretest-posttest scores.
