Local churches need to become healing communities for hurting people in the society.  The hypothesis of this project is that, through an equipping program, participants would experience self-worth, confidence and affirmation of their spiritual gifts.  As a result, more people would volunteer to help others and there would be qualitative and quantitative church growth. This study is based mainly on library research.
