Much of this results from an imbalance in ministerial style.  The traditional style of ministry has an excessive analytical, logical approach.  What is needed is a balancing of this approach with an intuitive, relational, in-depth type of awareness.  Ministry which involves a balanced awareness has many implications. Application can take place in sermon preparation, worship experiences, pastoral care, and organnizational planning. Meditative experiences are especially congruent for encouraging a balance.
