These issues include 'five D's' of deterioration, dependency, deprivation, detachment and death.  Spiritual profile assessment responses of forty-four elderly are analyzed as well as profiles given from an in-depth questionnaire by fifteen of these persons.  Psychological theory concepts from Jung's individuation and Wesleyan spiritual maturity processes and included.
