Chapter 1 expresses three goals: expand one's theological knowledge, change one's behavior, and develop a greater value of expository preaching.  Chapter 2 argues the importance of justification from a Reformed perspective.  Chapter 3 relates Bernice McCarthy's 4MAT learning theory, Raymond Wlodkowski's six motives for learning, and Stephen Brookfield's obstacles to learning to expository preaching.  Chapter 4 discusses how communication and learning was implemented into the project.
