To test the thesis a class of six sessions was taught which focused on the universal priesthood as well as vocation, affirmation of gifts, spiritual disciplines and the mutual consolation and conversation of the saints.  In conclusion, the changed historical context of today, as well as apathy, ignorance, and limited endorsement by clergy limit the thesis.
