Medical treatment and Christian spirituality fulfill the intention of God when they minister in a Christ-like way to terminally ill persons.  The Divine Creator is incarnate in the humanity and suffering of Jesus Christ; hence, secular medical science and spiritual ministry both provide qualitative value and unified reality as healing and comforting symbolization of God's abiding love now and eternally.
