The economy of Haiti during its three five-year-plans which includes the present time of 1985 is outlined to show the tremendous amount and increase in foreign aid during these years as compared with previous years.  The Methodist Church, the first Protestant group to enter Haiti, is described.  They, too, are growing due to foreign aid.
