Using the action research approach, this project conducted worship services, training, outreach activities, and regular reviews to mobilize senior Christians to serve in the local church over a period of seven months. The outcomes obtained through feedback showed that the participants have enjoyed personal growth, been revitalized, and re-engaged in serving in the church and outreach activities.
