Pastors were encouraged to maintain this perspective by developing a strategy for regularly embracing this new viewpoint in their lives. The pastors participated in three two-hour workshops, and one five-hour retreat. Through questionnaires, evaluation surveys, and discussions, the project leader was able to assess the overall effectiveness of the project.
