With this conviction he examined the conditions of the Korean Church and the local church, the Bok-Ji church, he was serving as a senior pastor, and found that the church had too much focused on the side of individual salvation with paying little attention to joining the universal salvific work of God. At the end of his thesis, based on his Wesleyan belief and his pastoral experience, the researcher proposed on how a local church can operate its social welfare ministry successfully.
