Chapter 1 describes the ministry context and challenges GCF has faced, while Chapter 2 provides a survey of literature on multi-site churches and ecclesiology. Chapter 3 establishes the theological and ecclesiological foundation of a New Testament church. It discusses the biblical basis of a multi-site church, the seven key theological concepts in the Old and New Testaments relevant to the life of a local church, and provides a biblical definition of the church.
