Through questionnaires and discussion groups, the congregation's practice of hospitality was compared to five research congregations.  The questionnaire and discussion groups focused on the concrete and abstract occurrences of hospitality.  The acquired information was used to compare the congregation's implied practice of hospitality with tangible experiences.
