This resource utilized the educational theories of Thomas Groome and John Westerhoff.  The dissertation describes the situational context and problem, theology of sacraments and baptism, educational theory, basic theological and educational assumptions and methods, educational program, culminating worship service, and evaluation.  The outcome of the program was a resounding success.  The theories and design were validated.
