This study was undertaken as an exercise in practical theology, and a 'mutual critical conversation' model was employed.  The initial stage of the conversation was a historical, biblical, and theological investigation of the Sabbath.  The second stage of the conversation related the thematic elements of the Sabbath to leadership principles.
