A Likert Scale and a series of open ended questions measured the impact that this resource had upon the participants. The findings revealed that although this resource made a positive impact upon the participants' well-being, it did not adequately attend to the subject of grieving losses through lament. The importance of lament in the process of grief is not widely understood.
