C. Overlays of comparisons and contrasts with Jesus' command to remember his life, death, and second coming in the form of Communion and the Resurrection are shown as meeting place at the Cross. From the readings and documents, readers will gain a sense of the relevancy of Friendship to the community, city, and world. These glimpses are a means of passing along the history and future hopes to both the young and the seasoned members of the church.
