The leadership, guidance, and participation of people of color are needed to develop ministries to assist ex-offenders and their families in order to restore wholesomeness to our communities. The author utilized the pastoral ethnographic study as the method of research. The conclusions reached from this study reflect the astronomical injustices executed specifically in the African American communities.
