Four students from Furman University participated.  The project design utilized a pre and postassessment of the students with a focused interview and three tests: the Theological School Inventory, Pastoral Counseling Response Scale, and Semantic Differential.  A didactic series on the minister as servant-shepherd was presented.  The students participated in reflection and supervision of visitation. The students developed greater awareness of themselves and ministry.
