The foci of the project were two mainstream strategy planning sessions which provided for deaf-hearing dialogue and cooperative ministry planning.  The deaf and hearing were tested before and after the two sessions to test any increase in agreement between the two groups of need priorities.  The deaf group's priorities served as a control for the experiment.
