The study analyzes data from questionnaires returned by clergy and laity of multiple-point and small membership single-point charge churches in the Central Illinois Conference and their district superintendents.  In addition, the pastor and laity of a recently created multiple-point charge were interviewed.  This information was analyzed and presented at a clergy workshop.
