Biblical background is set forth in chapter 2, examining the models of Nehemiah, Jesus and Paul for motivational leadership values.  Chapter 3 presents John Wesley as a historical model. Contemporary models consisted of Lyle Schaller, Robert Dale and Kennon Callahan. Certain motivational methods of each person are examined and discussed in capsule form. Chapter 4 presents the project preparation and implementation.  The preparation section presents project approval and data collection.  The implementation section presents a capsule form of the sessions.  Chapter 5 evaluates the project's data collected from interviews, questionnaires and participant evaluation.
