The project instructs worship leaders and congregations in the overall theology of baptism and how to express that theology through the design and implementation of a baptismal liturgy.  The project was implemented in two phases.  The first was an eight-week study of the institution, meanings, and practice of baptism. The second phase was to design and implement a baptismal liturgy that focused on the celebration of baptism as an act of worship.
