A survey instrument was created using The Baptist Faith and Message and a panel of experts who possessed a broad range of educational and practical experience. The survey consisted of eighty-eight statements to which participants indicated their agreement or disagreement. The results raised concern regarding the doctrinal knowledge of Baptists.
