Details of the cases were examined thoroughly, using document analysis methodology known as 'Constant Comparison' to demonstrate major themes in the change experience. The change experience of this staff was assessed using a survey tool, and then reviewed from the point of view of the theology and literature outlined in the paper. The results of the study are nine valid outcomes regarding the application of change management principles in the context of the staff studied.
