This report explores the differences in modern and postmodern cultures and, using theological and biblical foundations, outlines specific characteristics of leaders necessary to lead in this postmodern time, as well as offers similarities pastors and other church leaders will exhibit in their postmodern leadership in their congregations. Research for this report included conversations with three pastors and five elders over three two-hour sessions.
