The study categorizes the leadership attributes listed in 1 Timothy 3:2, 2 Timothy 2:24 and Titus 1:6-7 into six dimensions to measure the quality of ruling elders.    Data collected from 92 pastors via questionnaire, was analyzed to test the validity of the study using SPSS Procedure Factor Analysis and Reliability.
