Pastors were encouraged to maintain this perspective by developing a strategy for regularly embracing this new viewpoint in their lives. The pastors participated in three two-hour workshops, and one five-hour retreat. Through questionnaires, evaluation surveys, and discussions, the project leader was able to assess the overall effectiveness of the project. Six presentations and small-group seminars were utilized studying biblical, theological, and denominational sources.  The project was evaluated for inreased individual awareness of church mission, group evaluation purpose, and group program planning to support mission.  This report's conclusios indicate that objectives for a large number of participants were not met.
