The research used a mixed methods design. The findings supported the following conclusions. The R2E program was successful in attaining its development goal. Yet, theological educators did not perceive mentored education programs like R2E as a possible alternative to formal theological training for evangelists or church planters. Considering that many churches are declining or have plateaued, this study sought to discover practical, effective strategies and techniques that have contributed to overall church growth by baptism and conversion. The author asked what these practices were, how they were taught, and how they were modeled by the leadership. The author's research preceding the case study gives a review and foundation from the early church's teaching and experience in evangelism, discipleship, missions, pastoral leadership, and church growth to the present. A closer look was given at the causes and effects of little to no obedience and commitment to the Great Commission. The result of the research is that TITIP is a promising and effective program that achieves most of its objectives and in general adheres to good principles of teaching.The strength of the program lies especially in its spiritual formation and in its teaching of English. Factors that make the program effective include: native speakers of English as teachers, a student-oriented and interactive teaching style, dormitory living, staff are good models of Christian maturity and servant leadership, the practice of a variety of spiritual disciplines, punctuality, and critical thinking skills. The main concern about the TITIP program is that while providing a holistic training program there seems to be a lack of focus. The two objectives of TITIP are to prepare young Papuans for advanced study domestically and abroad, and at the same time to provide opportunities for preparing them to be 'change agents' and leaders in their own Papuan communities. Using a qualitative case study method, observations from the wight men were presented in a conversational sequence, and then analyzed for significant themes that were unique to the discipleship experience. The means to spiritual growth were identified, as were the hindrances to spiritual growth. A qualitative phenomenological research design was employed. The author utilized an interview protocol based on identified stressors cited in previous research. Seven major stressors were noted by participants with safety concerns, absence of field-specific training, and cross-cultural conflict being the most prominent. Three categories of stressors emerged: individual stress, cross-cultural stress, and professional stress. Suicide is a major problem confronting every branch of the military. This study focuses on Airmen in the enlisted rank of E-4 to E-5. These Airmen are entering the ranks of the non-commissioned officer corps. Each participant was presented with a survey immediately before and after the safeTALK class to measure its effectiveness in making them more alert to the possibility of suicide, their confidence to ask directly about suicide, and connect those at risk with a keep safe connection. Sixty days after the class, another survey was sent by e-mail to examine the participant's retention of lessons learned in safeTALK and their willingness and ability to implement the steps for a successful intervention. Those who identified themselves as having personally experienced suicide through the attempted suicide or death of a loved one were asked to sit down for an interview with the author. Lessons learned from those who agreed to be interviewed were used to examine how their personal experience affected their motivation to help a person at risk and gauge safeTALK's effectiveness. SafeTALK was found to be effective in preparing Airmen to intervene when a fellow military member was having suicidal
