Surveys of the congregations reveal that personal friendship is the best way to communicate and that printed materials--tracts and books--are the most useful evangelistic media. These Bangkok churches overcome hindrances in communicating difficult concepts by illustrating them with personal testimonies. These churches teach members to evangelize by training them one-on-one in telephone and house visitations. All of the pastors studied were graduates of Piedmont Bible College, and all were veterans of more than 25 years in ministry. Clinton's five focal points are leadership perspective, learning posture, mentoring relationships, seasons of spiritual renewal, and specific discipline in ministry crises. The projects finds that these pastors perceive significant value in these focal points and practice them well. Northern Thai Christians provide insight into traditional and biblical phii and the  project assesses the influence of traditional spirit concepts on biblical understanding.  According to Thai Christian understanding, traditional phii and biblical demons are not related, but during Christian exorcism traditional concepts play an important role. Theological tradition influences understanding and practice regarding the spirit
