This project focuses on executive coaching for pastors at risk of becoming 'stuck,' losing energy of momentum in congregational ministry. This report explores executive coaching theory, considering how working with a coach can help a pastor out of a rut and thus regain energy for ministry. Using Edward Soja's Thirdspace explorations as the basis for a critical spatial imagination applied to new church developments and taking Acts 10 as a biblical paradigm, the project sought to engage in the lived experience of ministers in this space and map the areas of diffraction in regard to well being.  Research showed that particular combinations of stressors within new church development affected well being.
