The author applied, for his qualitative research model, the genogram interview instrument to eight male subjects from his congregation in order to establish a four generation spiritual profile for each of the subjects' families. He developed a class entitled 'Celebrating God's Grace,' which summarized the basic teachings of the church as they are expressed in the worship of the church.  This was part of a revamped adult education program in his congregation.
