Three passages from Paul's writings (Eph. 1:4-10; 4:1-16; and 1 Corinthians 12) were researched as they relate to cross-cultural partnerships characterized by grace, including Paul's views of community, use of gifts, use of power, and grace.  The theoretical issues researched focused on Geert Hofstede's dimensions of individualism, power distance, and uncertainty avoidance. The research administered the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) and four employee conflict resolution seminars to Christian school faculty members to measure relatively effective employee conflict resolution behavior.  There were no statistically significant results between pretest and posttest for the total group or for the men or women faculty. It first explored the thread of 'community' throughout Scriptures, from the relational Triune Creator (Genesis 1) to the final community of faith (Revelation). Touching the OT faith community, this thread passed through Jesus' life and teaching before focusing upon the NT church and the 'one-another' commands.
