American missionaries together with Russian pastors wrote and compiled eight presentations on cell group methodology. Using the material, this team led multiple seminars with addressed practical dynamics of small groups. The project required consideration and study for the basis of cell church ministry from a theological, cultural, and urban viewpoint. Surveys and interviews provided insight regarding barriers and possible solutions for cell group development and multiplication in Russia. Congregational health demonstrated by longer tenures of church leaders and conflict with less intensity and better resolution has occurred as leaders understand and apply systems thinking, recognize the problems and issues in systems, and remain differentiated in difficult situations. The project accomplished these goals. Very few of the Hispanic Southern Baptist churches have a planned evangelism strategy.  Lack of know-how and knowledge of available resources are the main causes.  This project is designed to create awareness of methods and resources available in the field of personal and mass evangelism and to include spiritual preparation. The project also addresses the issue of leadership training. A core of strategy advisors were trained and they will serve as consultants to other churches and their associations. Participants were led to discover five ministry needs in their community. After prioritizing the needs and assessing available resources, the participants agreed on one ministry their church would start. The ministry was recommended to the church for approval and implementation. At the conclusion of the project, all four of the churches voted to begin specific community ministries.
