The discussion focuses on the development of the concept and its later implementation in a Roman Catholic parish. It demonstrates the unique character of collaborative ministry. The process of building collaborative ministry in an archaic parish in a conservative, rural, working-class suburb is outlined. Theological foundations, ecclesiastical and canonical concerns are carefully addressed. This project guided the sisters through a spiritual autobiography with questions which dealt with every phase of their lives.  In nine weekly sessions they shared their memories and stories with a group of twelve. For several months, alsmost every Saturday, the performing arts evangelistic team witnessed Christ to audiences on a street corner at a shopping strip.
