This project monitored their progress for two years.  Then an analysis of this congregation's progress was made using three methods: written reports of church leadership, observations by the author, and the re-administering of the parish profile inventory.  The project summary indicated that progress had been made in the sharing of ministry but there was room for This project report describes a course called 'Owning Our Faith,' which was one attempt to provide such an opportunity.  A group of 12 'pilgrims' looked at faith development theories and what it means to become a mature person of faith, shared spiritual autobiographies, engaged in self-discovery through the Myers Briggs Type indicator, explored new mission opportunities, developed our own patterns of prayer, and clarified assumptions about how to study the Bible.
