This is done by the establishment of a soup kitchen and a 100 bed emergency shelter for the homeless.  The human services are set up in such a way as to follow a theory of evangelization that will enable them to be repeated in other communities, and allow the poor and the larger community an opportunity to live the Gospel message in such a way that both become part of the problem and solution.
