Based on Luther's understanding of 'the two Kingdoms', the project report discusses a person's responsibility as a steward of God's creation and the Christian's involvement in the church and the state.  A distinction is made between the management of the church as an institution and the management of ministry. Objectives included understanding the judicial process, cultivating better communication skills, and response to the redemptive love of Christ.  The project was located in the Mount Zion Baptist Church, the local jail of Great Falls, South Carolina and the Catawba Regional Correctional Institution, South Carolina Department of Corrections, Rock Hill, South Carolina.
