God knelt in front of us to wash our feet.  Even though we do not always understand the truth, this truth made us Christian and commands us to be servants.  Who wants to be a servant of people?  There are few people in modern America who hear the call to be a servant of God and God's people.  The model of servanthood in the life of Jesus is used to inform the ministry of the local church in which the author is pastor through training and education, and the process of ministry in conflicts. The challenge is to get the congregation to understand the meaning of a servant church.  The conclusion of the research revealed a need to revamp the organizational structure of the church. Some are gifted to be seekers of the gifted.  The challenge is to mobilize these steward-seekers, who can open doors to service, especially at the regional levels of the church.  The method used was to design interventions to test this theory in a particular regional body for several months, after studying the dynamics of volunteerism, biblical teaching, tradition, and current studies in the sociology of groups.
