To validate the concept of a parental blessing the project explores biblical material and recent work in behavioral sciences. Three ministries played equal parts in planning and hosting three cooperative events in one semester.  Simultaneously, each ministry carried out its regular activities.  Pre-test and post-test evaluations, exit interviews, and overall participation showed that cooperation is possible. Laotians who convert to Christianity are considered to be traitors to their family, their country, and their king.  To be a good Laotian, one must be a faithful Buddhist throughout life.  The author, who is Laotian, has developed a method of presenting the gospel, which contextualizes Laotians' understanding of God. Family ties are the most important factor in Lao culture and custom. Therefore, the author used the concept of God as the Creator and Father of mankind, which led 32 out of 50 people to the Lord. After enlistment, leaders and members participated in pre-tests and post-tests to determine learning levels. The seminar was led by the author and was intended to lead each participant to be able to identify their leadership style.  Motivational principles were studied and each participant identified how their leadership style affected the motivational level of their followers.  Research was conducted on leadership styles that were Christian in basic orientation.  While a plethora of secular leadership styles were studied, the concern was for Christian leaders. Motivational principles were based upon Maslow's hierarchy of needs and how Christian leaders can evaluate the needs of followers. The method of research was to train a group of volunteers in skills for confronting inactive members and evaluate the effectiveness of the training with a pre-test and post-test.  The contacts were evaluated by sending a survey to those contacted.  The project resulted in 24 percent of the members returning to church at least once. Each banner constructed was based upon a biblical theme.  Ideas for the banners originated from a hospital advisory committee along with chapel participants.  The method of study consisted of two questionnaires used to gain feedback and opinions from the chapel participants.  Chapel services were divided into a pre-visual aid series and a visual aid series.  The report and analysis of this project revealed that seventy-five percent of the visual aid participants indicated that the banners enhanced their overall worship
