The strategy team met once a week for six weeks to develop the strategy for the church. The project director, based on completed research, instructed the strategy team on the findings of millennial research, outreach practices, and strategy planning essentials. The project director then led the team to develop the multifaceted strategy. As a result of the research, a greater understanding of the soteriological issues and the various biblical interpretations was gained. The data was then compiled into a format that is easy to understand and engage. Modern teaching resources which have proven to be effective in training students were employed in developing the new curriculum.
