The Christian businessperson is in the world every day with others whose decisions are not necessarily based on Christian values.  This paper and project address the development of the ethical practice of the businessperson in the pew by a small group inductive Bible study. A step-by-step description of how a Presbyterian pastor in a suburban Cleveland, Ohio, church led his congregation to offer such a ministry is provided.  Exegesis and interpretation of the vision of the last Judgment of Matthew 25:31-46 supports the ministry.  Results are evaluated in terms of the stated goals of the ministry and in terms of theological understandings.
