Chapters 4 and 5 present the specific elements of the ministry project. This statement was tested with the use of a questionnaire, given as both a pretest and posttest, during the fall semester.  An effective female ministry was modeled during worship services in the semester, and a small group Bible study was held for four weeks in October. Data was compiled, cross-tabs were run, and the results were analyzed.  Sex was found to be of some significance as a factor in answering the questions. Research was based on models of education in the Bible, and through an historical survey of ministry formation methods with some examples of alternative methods used in North America.  Questionnaires and interviews were used to determine the need for education by extension among General Baptists.
