The marriage seminar was designed to be biblical in every aspect, avoiding all eclecticism. Chapter 1 introduces the goals, purposes, rationale and limitations of the project. Chapter 2 defines marriage from a biblical perspective and specifies its purposes and parameters. Chapter 3 discusses the problems of idolatry, self-centeredness, sinful communication and unbiblical views of love. The Biblical solutions to these problems are addressed. Chapter 4 is a summary of how this project was conducted. Another goal was to describe key elements that might be used for further research in a pilot study. I used the observational method of qualitative research. I concluded that the oral history interview and oral history coding system are effective ways to provide couples with useable feedback on ten dimensions of satisfaction within their marriage. Chapter 2 discusses the development of the biblical model of the one-flesh relationship of marriage.  Chapter 3 uses research in the behavioral sciences to focus on the development of the marriage enrichment movement and ministry.  Chapter 4 focuses on implementation of a marriage enrichment program in Victory Baptist Church.  The social research tools used to measure growth in a couple's primary coping system as a result of marriage enrichment are also discussed. Chapter 5 presents a summary and evaluation of the ministry project. This project tested the hypothesis that enhanced communication and improved personality awareness among spouses would enrich marriage relationships.  The methodology of this project included theological and social research in the areas of Christian marriage and communication.  Private couple/leader sessions and group sessions were used to implement this project. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, M-BTI Relationship Report, Taylor-Johnson Temperament Analysis, and Prepare-Enrich Inventory were utilized throughout this project.
