Two groups of individuals between the ages of thirty and forty-five, raised in Christian and non-Christian homes, completed the SWBS and FSI.  The thesis that a child raised in a healthy Christian home would generate high scores on the SWBS were proved to be true. The care-giving ministries proposed by this project are unique in that it is not accomplished by professionals, but by the missionaries themselves, by lay facilitators selected and trained for the task, and that it is to be carried out on the mission field where missionaries work, and not in the home country.
