The final Sumbi CBS was based on research of sixteen different CBS sets, expat and national experts' input, the author's worldview study and the author's field test with thirteen national church planters. Key CPM principles implemented through CBS include sowing the Word abundantly, finding a Person of Peace, leading an oikos to Christ, forming House Churches, and equipping lay leaders. The thesis is that contemporary fathers will exhibit behavioral, cognitive and affective change with proper equipping that is lacking in contemporary families and churches. Fathers were given a series of stories written from the author's experience as a pilot. These stories are a prelude to biblical stories to be used with dialogue eliciting questions that invite vulnerability from father and son. Based on a review of literature concerning worldview, animism, and contextualization, the project prepared, distributed, and analyzed a questionnaire among three sample groups: randomly selected residents of Luchou in Taipei County, 60 young men in the military, and 21 acquaintances of church members.
