Using Dr. Ted Ward's book, Values begin at home, a grid was formed for finding values. Against the four value-forming grids, a questionnaire was formulated to give GMTC graduates. The project was evaluated based on the standard of how well the emphasis deepened one's love for God and for one another. The need for this school prompted the author of this project to begin such a school, with the help of a church in Kamloops.  This was accomplished by assessing the desire for such an institution from potential students by means of a questionnaire that was sent to churches in and around Kamloops.  The district officials were also polled and when the results were evaluated, the serious planning for the opening of the school went forward.  The school opened and had twenty students initially signed up.  The first class was taught and the project ended at that point, even though other classes were planned.  There is an evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of the project. Church leadership developed core values, vision and strategy from the Growing a Healthy Church seminar and refined a list of core values, which then defined vision and strategy.
