Lion's Share was prayerfully implemented.  Giving was measured one year.  Re-taking of questionnaires indicated significant theological growth, including a seveteen percent average increase in giving. The conclusions presented are that the Scriptures do not forbid borrowing for individuals and it is inconsistent to allow borrowing for individuals but not for churches. The responses from these people, along with a review of contemporary literature, form the basis for the handbook.
