It claims to derive from Christian roots, but it spreads unbiblical and biased interpretations of the gospel to the unprepared masses.  This work attempts a detailed analysis of Minjung theology, showing it as an alien, mosaic product of modern liberal syncretic theologies despite its claims of being a Korean Christian theology.  Examination from the viewpoint of evangelical theology reveals how seriously Minjung theologians depart from the teachings of the Scriptures. The shock program features a substance abuse program based on the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous and uses a five-step decision-making process in teaching life skills.  The project addresses these dynamics in relationship to biblical application.  The purpose was to present inmates with an alternate program based on Christian principles. Cultural principles of teaching, learning, and leading are drawn from ethnological studies of West African cultural teaching events, African philosophical definition of knowledge and wisdom, and cultural expectations of leadership.  The study provides seventeen biblically sound and culturally based principles for teaching, learning, and leading in an African training institute. After building a theoretical and historical base, the philosophy and religion program was reviewed.  Methdology included circulating questionnaires to faculty, students, and graduates.  A set of criteria was used to evaluate the school, noting strengths and weaknesses.
