Through the use of action research and the active participation of congregants of the Kingsview Village Seventh-day Adventist Church I organized, developed, and conducted a series of seminars. Analysis and interpretation of information collected through questionnaires, interviews of congregants, and literature review of Muslim belief system informed the researcher in the development of equipping lessons and simulations. In Seventh-day Adventist schools in Ontario, instruction in nutrition has been inconsistent historically.  To start addressing this inconsistency, this project pursued the development, implementation, and assessment of a nutrition curriculum unit for grades 9 to 12 in Seventh-day Adventist schools in Ontario.  It was developed and tested at Crawford Adventist Academy.
